Immigrate

A pathway, which is point-based, for skilled immigrants who want to settle in Canada permanently.  It is implemented to expedite the permanent resident visa process for various economic program such as Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled  Trades Program (FSTP), and Canadian Experience Class (CEC).

EXPRESS ENTRY

An employer-driven program, which aims to bring immigrants in the Atlantic Provinces (Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador), to be considered in this pathway a job offer from a designated employer is necessary.

ATLANTIC IMMIGRATION PILOT

The Agri-Food Pilot helps address the labour needs of the Canadian agri-food sector. The pilot provides a pathway to permanent residence for experienced, non-seasonal workers in specific industries and occupations. It will run until May 2023.

AGRI-FOOD PILOT

This program is for workers who have the skills, education and work experience necessary to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory and wishes to live in that sponsoring province.

PROVINCIAL NOMINATION

A community-driven program designed to spread the benefits of economic immigration to smaller communities by creating a path to permanent residence for skilled foreign workers who want to work and live in one of the participating communities.

RURAL AND NORTHERN IMMIGRATION PILOT

Canada’s Start-up Visa Program targets immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and potential to build businesses in Canada that are innovative, can create jobs for Canadians, can compete and global scale, and can get support for the business from one of the designated organizations

START-UP

Canada believes that putting family together is vital, thus family sponsorship is being supported and implemented. Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and person registered in Canada as an Indian under the Canadian Indian Act can sponsor their spouse/partner/dependent children, parents/grandparents, and eligible relative to come to Canada.

FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

A community driven immigration initiative targets a specific set of occupations, candidates who may not be eligible to apply for Express Entry – Federal Skilled category may be eligible to apply within the scope of the Morden Initiative, which identifies potential candidates under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

MORDEN IMMIGRATION

Canada launched 2 pilot programs for caregivers and with these programs they are able  to come to Canada  with their family and get a better chance in being a permanent residence. Under these programs, the candidates will be assessed for permanent residency before they work in Canada. Once they successfully finish their 2-year-Canadian work experience as a caregiver they will get their permanent resident status.
